September 18, 2013.. When we woke up this morning it was raining but soon stopped and by afternoon, the skies had partly cleared. It was cool and the wind was blowing hard. We didn’t let that stop us from going out to see the beauty. Along the way, it snowed a little on us. It was too warm to stick around. The temperature at that location was 43. We made it to Mormon Row that I mentioned in the post yesterday and to Jenny Lake. The settlement on Mormon Row evolved from 5 Mormon families who came in 1859. The area now is all park property.
We had to visit as many places as we could today. Our time at Teton National Park will soon be ending.
Here are some photos made today in Grand Teton National Park.
